Tip number 1: Plan your week out
Set aside 1 to 2 hours per week to plan your week out.
Choose either a Sunday or Monday to do your planning and stick to this schedule.
Identify tasks that need to be done within the week and break them down into daily tasks.

Tip number 2: Use a calendar or App
Decide where you will write your weekly plan out: a paper calendar, the computer, an app or in both areas.
Connect all your calendars so that you can sync them.

Tip number 3: Time/Task Blocking
Have fixed times that remain the same week after week—things like class times, work, family time etc.
Have flex times that can change depending on the week—things like planning time, study times, hobbies/exercise, extracurriculars, etc.

Tip number 4: Priority lists
List out the weekly tasks that need to be completed.
Breakdown the tasks into small to do’s.
Rank them in priority on what needs to be done.
