Summary: Reports of farm statistics gathered by local assessors under Chapter 131, Laws of Wisconsin, 1917, and submitted to the United States and Wisconsin Departments of Agriculture. For each farm, the reports show name of farm operator, acres of specified crops planted and harvested, number of cattle and other specified livestock, farm machinery owned, and number of people residing on the farm. The categories of information included in the reports vary slightly over the years. Reports for some counties for some years were missing at the time the records were microfilmed. Oconto County only. Cucumber and vegetable growing may not be part of these statistics.
