Citation management tools help you organize and format your sources for research projects. UW-Green Bay Library subscribes to NoodleTools, a great option for creating and managing citations.
Zotero is another popular tool that’s free and easy to use.
NoodleTools

NoodleTools helps you keep track of sources for your papers and projects. You can add notes, create annotations, and organize your research all in one place.
When you're ready, NoodleTools will format your sources into a bibliography in APA, MLA, or Chicago style with no extra work needed.

Zotero

Zotero is a free, open source tool that helps you collect, organize, and cite your sources. You can save articles, websites, and other materials directly from your browser and add notes to keep everything in one place.
In addition to APA, MLA, and Chicago, Zotero supports many of citation styles, including ASME and IEEE.
While UW-Green Bay Library doesn’t officially support Zotero, librarians can help with basic questions.
